We are what we eat. Everything we eat affects our body, in our positive and negative way. It doesn’t matter if you buy the most expensive creams to protect your skin, they won’t do any good if you don’t maintain a proper diet, sleep enough hours a day and practice exercise.
Focusing on our diet, there are some foods that you should consider including in your menu, as they will help your skin looking better, healthier, and revitalized. There are many beneficial foods for the skin. I have chosen my five favorites, as they are delicious and very easy to include in our daily menu.
